How to submit a case order? What information do I need to provide?
You can submit the case through the online system/email, and you need to provide: impression (physical or digital scanned file), bite record, color comparison photos, detailed design instructions.

Do you accept digital impressions (such as 3Shape/CEREC files)?
We support mainstream digital formats (.stl, .dcm). We recommend that you indicate the margins when scanning and ensure that the accuracy is ≥20μm.

Does it support occlusal adjustment or rework?
If the discomfort is caused by laboratory process problems, it can be repaired free of charge; additional fees are required due to clinical factors (such as inaccurate impressions).

How to deal with problems?
Provide a quality objection channel within 7 days. Clinical feedback photos/X-rays are required and we will give priority to it.
