At Star Dental Laboratory, we pride ourselves on combining cutting-edge technology with exquisite craftsmanship to create dentures of exceptional quality and precision. Our state-of-the-art equipment is equipped with the latest innovations in digital dentistry, ensuring that every crown, bridge, denture or implant restoration meets the highest standards of fit, functionality and aesthetics.
The journey to creating the perfect denture begins with our advanced 3D scanning systems, including the industry-leading 3Shape TRIOS® scanner and the Medit i700 intraoral scanner. These high-precision devices are able to capture digital impressions with up to 8 microns of accuracy, eliminating the need for traditional physical molds, ensuring a perfect starting point for every case.
Once we receive your digital scan data, our experienced technicians will carefully create each restoration using advanced CAD design software. These powerful tools allow us to analyze dynamic occlusal relationships, accurately detect margins, and select from a library of biometric teeth to create restorations that look and function like natural teeth. Each design is carefully reviewed to ensure optimal aesthetics and performance before going into production.
For manufacturing, we rely on industrial 3D printers, including the Stratasys J5 DentaJet™ and Formlabs Dental 3B+, which can create surgical guides, try-in models, and custom trays with micron-level accuracy. Using biocompatible resins and with multi-material capabilities, these printers can create highly detailed, patient-specific components to streamline the restoration process.
If milling is required, our milling centers offer unparalleled precision in machining high-strength materials such as zirconium oxide, lithium disilicate, and hybrid ceramics. These machines are capable of producing full crowns, multi-bridges, and hybrid abutments with accuracy down to 20 microns, ensuring a perfect fit and long-lasting durability.
Once fabricated, each restoration is hand-finished by our experienced master ceramicists, who add realistic sculpting, glazes, and detailed stains to mimic the look of natural teeth. Our quality control team verifies every detail—bite, margins, and aesthetics—before the restoration is carefully packaged and shipped to your practice.
At Star Dental Laboratory, we continually invest in the latest dental technology to provide faster delivery times, better material choices, and restorations that exceed expectations. We combine digital precision with manual craftsmanship to create perfectly fitting restorations that inspire confidence for both dentists and patients.
